Short Poem

I prefer short –
short poems,
short stories,
short songs,
short skirts.
The grand sweeping panoramic metanarrative is simply too much for me.
I adore
white chickens,
one dollar and eighty-seven cents,
amazing grace,
and short skirts.

If you compiled a long book of short poems, I’d buy it.

Mark, 140 characters is shorter than short :o)…by the way, saw some blog posts on THC – right?? Good work.

What Erika and Seth said – yes, yes, yes. $1.87, eh? Smiled at short skirts. Perhaps that one needs just a little more info – like short skirts on the right pair of legs. Cuz you would not like a short skirt on me, I can guarantee you that.

Diana, ‘one dollar and eighty-seven cents’ gets a wonderful short story started…bet you can find it.

Oh, how could I forget? My FAVORITE short story from about grade…mmmm…six? Well, that was a very long time ago, so maybe I can chalk it up to the vagaries of age…
